Dr. Bola Boasmanboon, the Managing Partner/CEO and Remi Awojoodu, Partner/COO, are the founders of Covarc Consulting, LLC. Covarc Consulting (CC) is a small business, Minority owned, Woman owned, service-connected disabled veteran owned financial and management consulting firm. Covarc Consulting provides professional services and smart business solutions to federal, state, local/county government agencies, fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, and other public and private sector clients.

The founding partners at Covarc Consulting, LLC have combined experience spanning over 40 years in the areas of business process re-engineering, budget formulation, project and program management, strategic management and operations, financial management, compliance, accounting, strategic planning, risk assessment, and lecturing.

Through strategic leadership, the founding partners have mobilized a stellar team, consisting of subject matter experts, who will forge ahead and be at the helms using innovation to provide cost effective and SMART solutions to clients. The executive leaders will motivate, develop, supervise, train and consistently evaluate personnel to ensure they are the right fit for our clients as business needs change. The leadership has deep-rooted experience in many aspects of financial management, budget, project and program management, business management, cost control, strategic planning, enterprise risk management, internal controls, business process re-engineering, contracts and procurement. 

Prior to forming Covarc Consulting, Bola served in the United States Army as a Logistics Specialist and later as a Finance Officer. She is a decorated Army Veteran and a Bronze Star Medal recipient.  She resigned her commission from the Army and started her post-Military career as a Consultant before she joined the Federal civilian workforce. Over the last 15 years, Bola attained Federal and Defense Financial Management expertise, managing multimillion-dollar budget and rose through the ranks in the Federal Government to become a Director of Finance and Resource Management. Her track record of leadership exemplifies her positive impact on organizational performance, excellent work ethic and outstanding communication skills. These core competences have enabled her to become a proven and tested leader who managed both national and international programs.
